Business Description
Dedicated to Awakening your greatest potential - the Divine within you. You are Spirit embodied - a Human BEING, not a Human Doing!
Ready for a more inspired, joyful, meaningful life? Longing for a deeper connection with something greater? Seeking sustainable happiness and inner peace? You'll find inspiration and wisdom here to guide you on your path of spiritual and personal growth.
I'm a spiritual and holistically-oriented psychotherapist, counselor, yoga and meditation teacher, and Interfaith minister, and it's my passion to awaken new insights and transformation in my clients and students. In addition to counseling in my Menlo Park, CA office, I offer spiritual mentoring and guidance for those on the spiritual path. I share my insights in my radio program on Blog Talk Radio, the Awakening Self Radio show.
I also teach deeply transformational yoga and meditation classes and yoga philosophy in studios and yoga teacher trainings in the San Francisco Bay area.
My counseling practice includes adults, teens, and I have two spiritually-oriented women's psychotherapy groups called Sacred Journey.
Wherever you are, whatever you "do", your true nature is Sacred. I invite you to deeply explore Who you Are here at Awakening Self. Feel free to comment, ask questions, and share your views. I honor your inner Truth, and you can also learn from others' perspectives. We are each unique expressions of one Divine Source out of which the universe is created.
